On top of getting everything working like a charm, he relocated an in the way plastic drain hose in our utility closet. All the installers on this job were good, but Alvin was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything, including the thermostat. Customer even went in basement to check on job and Alvin was hard at work,stopped to explain what he was doing. When job was done, Alvin took the broom and swept everything up, left basement very clean.

I recently had one of your service technicians, Tom, at my trailer on 6/7/08 to fix my air conditioner. Tom is one of your employees that you should be grateful for. I work at a General Contracting Company and I understand how difficult GOOD people are to come by. He explained everything in jargon and showed me exactly what parts he was talking about each and every time. And of course being a woman, I ask a lot of questions, and he never once got tired of answering or explaining my issues. I just wanted to make sure that Tom is recognized for being an excellent technician, for a Saturday around 120 degrees inside with no air, he made the whole experience less stressful.

I have been a customer of South County Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and want you to know that I have always received prompt and professional service. Today was no exception. Your technician, Charlie came to check out my air conditioner which was not cooling. He added the needed freon and scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate on replacing the unit.
The office personnel is to be commended for their professionalism. The young lady who scheduled my service was very helpful and considerate in trying to get the technician to me as quickly as possible even though they have been working long days to keep up with the volume (FYI-the temperature has been in the 88-92 range for a copuple days and is expected to continue for another week.
It's all to often that customers respond only when complaining. I just wanted you to know your employees are doing an excellent job and will continue to receive my business so long as that continues.

Dear Larry,
We just recently had your company intall a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner in our home. We would like to compliment you and your team on the excellent job and professional installation of our system.
We contacted your company on June 7th to request an estimate for our new system. The salesman, Curt, was extremely friendly and courteous and set an appointment to give us an estimate for the next day. We were impressed.
The next day Curt came to our home, gave us a quote and booked the installation for Wednesday, June 13th. He was extremely helpful and explained the entire process to us in a manner that made us feel confident that he knew what he was doing.
The installation started on schedule with two excellent craftsmen, Craig and Alvin. These men were prompt, courteous and very professional. They completed the installation of our new system that day and removed the old one. These men worked incredibly hard and did it all with an excellent attitude.
From the salesman to the technicians, we were very pleased. We thought you would want to know how well these men represent your company and Lennox.
Our previous system was a Lennox, as well, and had served us faithfully for 36 years.
