We were experiencing low humidity in winter. We bought 2 new humidifiers from you a few years ago, We had Roger out a couple of times, and experienced some improvement. Humidity was low again this year. 24% in half of the house, and 16% in the other half. My wife was experiencing dry, itchy skin. Jeff came out and did a thorough check. He found out the line feeding the water, was shut off. WOW! I had checked both thermostats and they were set for humidifying to 40%. But without water, how could we get humidity? Good detective work by Jeff.
