Prompt, courteous service. John is a very pleasant person! He has serviced the furnace and a/c for 2 yrs. I trust him not to make needless repairs. Had a different local co. 4 yrs ago that said my 6 yr old a/c wasn't installed correctly and they would change it for 600.00! Turned it down. Started with Classic Care and they are terrific. Thank you

Maintenance on AC!

I found the system running without air filters! Blower assembly is clogged with dirt. Evaporator coil is clogged with dirt. Also system is low on Freon. Uses old type of Freon (R22). I found newer condensing unit is very under-sized! Goodman model number:GSC130181AE.

Customer complaint: high humidity. I turned down thermostat from 72 to test operation. Fan was set to auto. Checked drain. OK. Checked temperature drop: 20.
