Our A/C went out in the 100+ degree heat on a Saturday night, called first thing Sunday and was told it would be Monday night before a tech could come out. Corey came out Sunday afternoon instead, and saved us and our 3 large dogs from a second sweltering night without A/C. He fixed our issue within 15 minutes, very professionally! We could not have been happier with the service!

Replaced evaporater coil
I found bad start assist kit, bad compressor run capacitor (dual), weak fan capacitor: 25% low. Also, condenser coil is very dirty. I replaced defective parts. Tested cooling operation and found system approximately 20 to 30% low on Freon! uses (R22)! Suction: 72 (43) suction line: 78. Metering device: TXV. Head pressure: 208. Subcooling: 0 to 2. Thermostat: 89. Customer plans to have a friend add Freon. Work suggested: recommend putting some repair costs toward replacement. Need to schedule project manager to price out new air conditioner. customer purchased maintenance plan today. Need to schedule first visit.

Checked system for leaks. Found evaporator coil leaking. Needs new evaporator coil. Work suggested: recommend fiberglass type air filters. Air filters to be delivered. Need to check on cost and availability replacement of evaporator coil for air handler.
