Amazing service on a Sunday!
Ron - Wentzville, MO
Our A/C went out in the 100+ degree heat on a Saturday night, called first thing Sunday and was told it would be Monday night before a tech could come out. Corey came out Sunday afternoon instead, and saved us and our 3 large dogs from a second sweltering night without A/C. He fixed our issue within 15 minutes, very professionally! We could not have been happier with the service!

Technician left a service jumper in on the compressor relay that caused the unit to run all the time and froze up the coils.Had to take another day off of work to meet the new technician to remove the jumper.
Service was terrific. Quick and efficient.

Clean & checked a/c system
Geothermal systems: Main system cooling OK. Checked temperature drop. 21.5 Master bedroom/lower level system: main control board has "HP" LED on and "ESC" LED on. I cycled power to control board and system reset and came on after set delay. I tested operation. I checked Freon pressures. Discharge pressure: 330 to 350. Subcooling: 22 (measured with discharge pressure). Suction: 110 to 116 (SH: 13). Metering device: TXV. Supply water: 81. Exit water: 95. Current pressures are well under high-pressure safety switch rating of 600 psi. Geothermal loop temperature may be getting too high due to extreme hot weather.

Found system low on Freon. Also, AC in need of cleaning. I leak tested system and found evaporator coil leaking! Needs a new coil. Has parts only warranty. I charge the system for temporary cooling.
