Our service tech Sean was outstanding! Showed up identified the problem and had it fixed in no time at all! If we have any more issues we will requesting him for our service! We also had Jerry come and install our new system and he was great too, our dogs were there the whole time and took extra care to make sure they were comfortable through out the day! Corey was fantastic and knowledgeable! We had trouble scheduling this visit, When we signed up for the service agreement last summer we were informed that we would be called to set up an inspection before winter - it has been months before our first service visit.
And I found pressure switch not closing! Replaced pressure switch. Calibrated with manometer. Opens at 0.57 inches water column. Furnace in need of maintenance. Humidifier in need of maintenance. Excessive return air is drawn from basement causing negative pressure in basement (about -.01 inches water column). Causing downdraft of water heater.
Cleaned flame sensor. Signed up for maintenance plan!
